This site has had a long history of providing general financial, as well as specific market information to buyers, sellers and shareholder communities of listed Romanian companies.

For a while publishing on this site was suspended, as the market went through what might be called legal and administrative convulsions, now generally believed to be over.

On March 10, 2003, The US Government granted to Romania the status of a "working market economy", setting the way free to increased investments from American companies

As publishers of this site, we strongly believe that the golden days of the Romanian share markets might finally be coming upon us, so we prepare to re-start our service soon. We will do this on our own as before, but would warmly welcome qualified offers for partnership.
